Growing pasture-raised eggs from happy hens.

A Commitment to the Environment

Putting Regenerative Practices to Work

At Artza Mendi Farm, we believe that our human health is tied to the soil beneath our feet and the water falling from the sky. And everything that lives on our farm ultimately owes its existence to the soil, water and sun so we do all we can to care for the good health of our ecosystems. On the farm, you will find chickens, goats, sheep and pigs mulling about on pasture or in the forest benefitting from the natural environment. Using regenerative practices such as rotational grazing and no-till soil management, we aspire to leave the farm a better place for its future stewards and animal residents.
